Situated on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound, the client chose Terrain to install a new landscape in coordination with their full-house remodel and addition.  The landscape project included front terracing rockeries and bluestone steps as well as extensive underground drainage as part of its civil contract.  Expansive sand-set patios and walkways flow through the property creating several garden rooms.  The client can choose from a shaded reading corner to a sundrenched patio with a view.
