Terrain Seattle completed the landscape construction for this modern residence in Normandy Park, developed by Terrain Signature Properties and designed by Studio Terrain. The project included the installation of expansive porcelain tile patios that seamlessly extend from the enclosed porch through the foyer into the private backyard. Key features include a serene outdoor living area with dual fountains and a custom architectural wall as a focal point. The large, level lawn was installed to provide ample space for entertainment and relaxation, enhancing the property’s contemporary design. Our work focused on the high-quality execution of all outdoor elements.
